Stack tags
Heat may be used by cloud providers for behind-the-scenes orchestration. For example, creation of a Nova server might include, by default, creation & configuration of a network, subnet, port, and security group. To improve user experience, stacks used for behind-the-scenes orchestration should be hidden. This feature will allow creation of hidden stacks and an option to show hidden stacks as part of stack-list.
