Trove can be used for basic implementation of AWS::RDS::DBInstance resource. It can be an alternative to https://github.com/openstack/heat/blob/master/etc/heat/templates/AWS_RDS_DBInstance.yaml
Heat already supports Trove resource, so code from OS::Trove::Instance can be partially reused.
