Make Cloud Servers resource compatible with the native Nova Server resource

The Cloud Servers resource should be compatible with the native Nova Server resource. A template author should be able to replace OS::Nova::Server with Rackspace::Cloud::Server in a template, without making any other changes, to make the template use Rackspace Cloud Servers instead of the native Nova Server resource.
