Provide a script which decodes the mime blob in the guest

Provide a script which can be run as a diagnostic in the guest to display how the mime decoding would store which data to which files. The script would have to be installed inside the guest by the operator and would automatically decode the mime blob that cloudinit downloads from the metadata server printing out files created and their contents
