Generate HOT template visually

Currently, to generate HOT file we have to write the resources manually which is bit complex and can be error prone for a newbie, It would be good if there is a canvas provided in horizon where a user can just drag/drop the components, link those with arrows and in backend the code for that component appears . Each component is a HEAT resource.

Then the user can use the same canvas to validate the HOT, deploy stack, monitor stack, update stack.. etc..
