Make nova_create_flavors.sh unnecessary

Running nova_create_flavors.sh seems like a moving-the-mountain approach to making our example templates work on a default openstack installation.

nova_create_flavors.sh should be deleted and templates modified to expect nova defaults, defaulting to a flavor which should work on typical all-in-one openstack installations

In any case, the default AWS flavors might bear no relation to public openstack clouds, for example here are HPs
standard.small - 2 vCPU / 2 GB RAM / 60 GB HD
standard.medium - 2 vCPU / 4 GB RAM / 120 GB HD
standard.large - 4 vCPU / 8 GB RAM / 240 GB HD
standard.xlarge - 4 vCPU / 16 GB RAM / 480 GB HD
standard.2xlarge - 8 vCPU / 32 GB RAM / 960 GB HD

Rackspace private cloud looks like it might provide nova defaults.
