Centralized exceptions

Current exceptions are not centralized, we do have common exception file but still having some uncommon exceptions inside.
I suggest that we should centralized manage all exceptions in to an exception folder, and categorize exceptions under exception folder. I Think this will help us to manage exceptions, easier to find intersection of each exception, and easier to inherit.
