There is an implemented blueprint in Neutron
https://blueprints.launchpad.net/neutron/+spec/allowed-address-pairs
that adds ability to specify additional mac/ip address pairs in Neutron's ports. This functionality is yet missing in corresponding OS::Neutron::Port resource

(shardy): Changed status to Implemented as the patch above appears to fully implement this BP, targetted to Icehouse as this was delivered for I-1, but can't set the milestone target correctly retrospectively.
