Support for TOSCA node_filter
Use this blueprint to create example template that can be used with heat-translator.
TOSCA has concept of finding required node based on constraints provides in the requirements node_filter section. The translator should find an image (similar to how it does with Compute node's OS capability) based on node_filter constraints from available node's within the template or from available 'node registry' and set it in the translated template. This blueprint need to wait till find a way to have a 'node registry' for TOSCA from where appropriate node can be find and used, but as an partial implementation and as an example node_filter constraints can be satisfied using one of the available host within a template.
