Add support for list and map types in TOSCA WD2

In TOSCA working draft 2 (wd2) new types are introduced including list and map. Add support to describe properties with such types and provide validation.
To learn more about list and map, please refer to the working draft 2 A.2.2.3 TOSCA list type and A.2.2.4 TOSCA map type.
