Separate tosca custom types from normative types

Currently all TOSCA types are provided in a single file per original design. We should treat TOSCA custom or sample type separately as suggested by Thomas in the latest review discussion,

This whole file should be put into the test directory. Those are sample custom types that have nothing to do with TOSCA normative types.
