Translate TOSCA template included in CSAR file

Currently, Heat Translator tool takes an input TOSCA file and translates it into HOT. TOSCA template files most likely will be provided as part of CSAR archive file (typically zip or tar).
Heat Translator tool should,
1. Take CSAR file as input
2. Extract it into a temporary directory
3. Find the manifest file, and find the main or entry template reference from it
4. Translate the main or entry template using other artifacts provided with the CSAR
