Implement NetworkInfo and PortInfo data types wd3

New Data Types has been introduced in the TOSCA working draft 3 (wd03).
The Network type is a complex TOSCA data type used to describe logical network information where as PortInfo type is used to describe network port information.
Refer to the C.2 Data Types section of the working draft.
