Merge sequencers and events window into the main window
It would be great to get rid of these sequencer windows. The main window should be divided into three parts, right and left panel - the left should be divided into lower and upper. Upper left area would display the list of sequencers, the lower would show (horizontally!) the sequence in the chosen sequencer, and the right panel might be used for tuning sequencer's settings and for accessing some sequencer-related tools. That would simplify the interface, and would get rid of having thousands of sequencer windows open. Moreover, it would allow to create a better (rosegarden-like) widget displaying the sequence.
Further thoughts include using the right side for the events list.
