Weibo (http://t.sina.com.cn/) is the leading micro-blogging service in China. It has been in service for about one year and has over 10 million users following its top 10 micro-bloggers.

They have a REST API with OAuth support which is documented at http://open.t.sina.com.cn/wiki/index.php (in Chinese, but the Google Translation is usable). Also a Python SDK with examples at http://open.t.sina.com.cn/wiki/index.php/SDK#Python_SDK
