Prefill the new message -box with current context

Gwibber could prefill the current context in the text entry field. This would ease taking part in conversation with a particular user or about a topic. When f.ex. following a conference via a Twitter hashtag, pressing the "new message" -button would insert the current hashtag into the entry field to save the user from manually typing it in. Quite like the "reply" -function prefills at the moment.
