Gwibber port for Maemo
Registered by
Ryan Paul
One of the goals of the Gwibber project is to help advance the GNOME Mobile and Embedded Initiative by bringing tightly-integrated microblogging functionality to the GNOME mobile ecosystem. Microblogging web services like Twitter and Jaiku are an immensely powerful and compelling medium for interactive social dialog. Support for this radically innovative form of communication on mobile Internet devices will transform the way that people use technology to interact with each other. Gwibber aims to make microblogging a seamless part of the GNOME mobile user experience on popular Linux-based handheld devices like the Nokia N810.
