Bringing Gwibber to KDE plus

The primary goal will to bring Gwibber to the KDE environment (Kwibber, K-Gwibber ?). However, it will also include full friend/follow management & full url shortening options. Code from other open source twitter projects with url shortening & friend/follow management will merged into the Gwibber code.
