GUFW - uPNP integration will help bittorrent clients using random ports at startup

Currently GUFW has fixed single or range or ports per service. This limits certain features like "use random ports". Network devices like wifi router / firewall appliance allows configuration using uPNP. GUFW similarly needs to work with uPNP and become "service aware" to dynamically allow ports used with bittorrent clients.
