ufw should be able to control bandwidth

Users trying to setup basic traffic shaping have to resort to complicated tools.

Trickle (a simple traffic shaper) is good, but it is not "live" you have to re-lauch the process if you want to change its settings. Wondershaper is good, but it is too basic. MasterShaper is too advanced for most user's needs. And more traditional tools (tc, cng, iptables, netfilter...) are too complicated.

Having a traffic shaping feature in ufw would be great.
