Aptitude style GUI

An Aptitude style GUFW aswell (a GUI that works in a SSH terminal), for easy remote assistance also for servers and eventually also a webmin module?
All these with the same lay out, navigation feel. So that it becomes very clear and straightforward to manage this feature in a GUI. Even in a terminal.
