Enable/Disable a rule via tickbox

It will be very useful, from a user's point of view, to be able to enable/disable a rule either by using a tickbox, or from a drop down menu, activated by a right mouse click on a rule (or a subset of rules), that includes actions such as (rule on, rule off, edit, delete, etc ).
