Load and save different sets of rules stored in profiles

It would be nice if the rules could be saved in a set (profile) which the user can then reload later.
This would be very useful on a laptop that you plug in to different networks. That way you can easily load an entire set of rules depending on where you are; the college lan, a public wireless lan, at home, etc.

benvm: I don't really have an idea. I wanted to wait for the new oo-code. Maybe if that gets shape
it will be easier to come up with something. I can see work on it has started. That's great but
there are 2 branches. Do you know which one is going to be it, or are you still experimenting?
