Group the ipv6 with ipv4 rules

An idea is to group the rules from ipv6 with rules from ipv4 because it is strange to have two egal line.
Maybe you can insert a new colum for the rules : ip version and foreach rules write if it is only v4 or only v6 or v4&v6
