Fix RadioButtons position

When switching between each tabs of "Add new rule", radiobuttons have not the same positions.
And when switching on each tabs, radiobuttons move.

Fixed in version 0.0.8.

"And when switching on each tabs, radiobuttons move."
It is intentional. If you change "Allow/Deny" in some tab, other tabs get the same value :O It's more consistent (I think). More opinions about this point?
