Add "Configure firewall" item to context menu when iconified

I overlooked that firewall configuration can be opened by clicking on the icon with left mouse button, I looked for this in the context menu where I didn't find it. This is a trivial fix.

I remove the icon in systray :$ The changes are persistents, you didn't need Gufw running every time.
