block (running) applications from accessing the internet or network (like most windows firewalls do)

It should show a list of running applications and provide options to deny it access to the network.
for example if i have both opera and firefox installed but only want that firefox can have access to the internet i would like to have an (easy) option to do that.. that is currently not possiple afaik

I would suggest to run a local proxy service for opera, so that it can only access the sites in the proxy.
