Add the ability to view the ufw log from gui

If it's possible enable ufw logging through the gui it should also be possible to view it through the same gui!

The "System Log" program already provides a fully-featured interface for viewing logs. I think Gufw should just call it to do the job, if possible.
daniele: it doesn't make sense to have two disting log, one for ufw and one for gufw. Ufw log should be the main reference and should be dinamic (eg. i open that log windows and I could look what is happen and what up in real time...). Dunno how ufw handle logs, but create partitions by day could be usefull in long time activities.
