Swap out ZPT for Chameleon

Use Chameleon instead of ZPT in Grok. With an upgrade path from one to the other, and a way to support ZTP code, either through Chameleon's compatibility code or directly. We want to use new Chameleon features like "python:" by default and so on, though, so this is important. We'd also like to have the minimum amount of layers.
