Add a "price" field

I used to keep my list on my PDA & included the price I paid for the DVD or VHS ... this was done so I'd have a value of the collection in case of loss & need to produce a figure for an insurance company.

Suggest a $ field that can be totalled (or automatically totals itself) by whatever is on the screen (i.e. by Collection, by Volume, by Tag, by Loaned To, etc)
