new directory with extensions (just like movie/export/import plugins) but with possibility to:
* add toolbar icons with defined actions (examples: "mark all currently filtered movies as seen")
* add hooks to various actions (movie with 'Matrix' in original title selected -> let's play matrix.ogg file)
