Decouple page templates from framework

Currently, HTML templates are tightly coupled with the HTML class in the core framework. To allow more flexible customization, the page templates should exist in a different place (and possibly should be accessed in a different way).
A suggestion is to replace HTML::defaultOpen('Title') with HTML::open('default','Title'), and moving the 'default' template to a separate file instead of existing inside the HTML class.
