A video and audio widget for Granite

Using GStreamer to manually create audio and video widgets is complicated and difficult to grasp. It would be more useful if there is an in-built Granite-based widget just like the <video> and <audio> elements in HTML5. Application such as Noise, Vocal, Birdie, Videos all create their own but a Granite version will save time and effort plus ensure consistency.
