POC: Convert processor features into Graffiti json format

Model the processor capabilities that we currently have in the compute_capabilities field as a set of individual capabilities in a .json file using the syntax that Travis sent out. In order to this, first get a server with an Intel processor that has the AES acceleration instruction set. Now, if you add it to nova, the compute_nodes table in nova should have the processor features listed in json form. That that list and convert it into the capabilities.json syntax that travis emailed out. At this point we have represented the processor capabilities in a form that the widget can process
