Scroll to last selected element after save.

After editing, saving or removing structural elements, the tree on the right hand side gets reloaded and scrolled to the top. Editors have to manually scroll, select and click the next structural element.
Provide a feature to enable "scroll lock" or to automatically select the last element after reloading the pages.
