Active MQ close step function shall be enabled to write property values

A close step function has been added to the Active MQ interface some time ago. It allows to close a given step and optionally to add a message into the wiki field. Yet, it doesn’t provide a possibility to set any property values which should now be implemented.

org.goobi.mq.processors.FinaliseStepProcessor shall be extended to read an additional field “properties” from the incoming MapMessage and enter the passed properties, resulting in the same behaviour as if a user working on the step would have entered them.
