Read Version and Build numbers from Manifest

Use the build-file to set up Implementation-Title, Implementation-Version, Implementation-Vendor, Implementation-URL and Implementation-Build-Date in the distributions manifest file. Provide an application life-cycle listener to read those infos from the manifest on application startup.
