Provide ways to specify display-names and terms-of-address.

The MODS schema supports elements for qualifying person names. Goobi's metadata editor only provide fields for firstname, lastname and role. There is need for additional fields holding the terms-of-address or a single field stating a display-name if a person's name cannot be fit into MODS schema.
