Need to make "listAllCourses" only return the last dateAdded version of each course.
Need to add functions to enable ajax autocomplete of course name and location to work for the addRound screen.
Modify addCourse to enable adding only name, location, date, tees, rating, and slope. Only going to ask for yardage/par info for detailed rounds.
