Intelligent User Image Frame Placement

When users elect to to use GnoMenu from a top Gnome Panel, the User Image Frame disappears.
GnoMenu needs a mechanism that allows it to know which Gnome Panel it is placed in (top or bottom) and then adjust placement of the User Image Frame accordingly, yet still keep with the theme design itself.
