Remove the use of GnoMenu Icon Themes

GnoMenu originally required the use of Icon themes to display icons in menu design. Since GnoMenu now has the ability to use the selected system Icon theme this feature is no longer required. It has been over a year since we saw the ability to use system Icons in place of an Icon theme implemented. There has been few, if any GnoMenu Icon themes made since. Users are simply using the system icons in place of Icon Themes.
