Implement the Add and remove awareness of GnoMenu

Gnomenu still has some issues with adding and removing of applications with the app listings. Proper Icons do not appear within the menu when adding software, or in some cases it does register the newly installed app. GnoMenu also does not always remove a listing form the app menu when a package is removed. This results in confusion and clutter. GnoMenu needs to be more aware of installs and removals and react accordingly.
