Enable Symbolic-link Bakup (and handle it right)

Registered by NawaMan

At the moment (release 0.1a), Gnome-EasyBackup applied include/exclude status of a symbolic link to it full target path and ignored that symbolic link. This is done to avoid the need to mark include/exclude for both the link and the target path. As the result, the symbolic link is entirely ignored.

Whiteboard

In order to allow the symbolic link to be backed up for later restored without duplication of the emblem marking, the include/exclude status of both the link and the target must be combined and used for both.

Perhaps we can allows user to specified what should be done with symbolic link.
1. Ignore
2. Excluded if at least one is excluded
3. Included if at lease one is included
4. Follows the status of the target
5. Thread them separately.
