Provide a DBUS API that allows pages to be created and drawn on, keyboard events to be captured and the keyboard / service state to be queried and modified. The target level of functionality should at least equal that provided by g15daemon's client protocol.

A good chunk of this is already implemented. It is possible to create and draw on pages using SVG theme files. What is missing is a canvas like API for directly drawing text, shapes and images.
