Create a Nautilus extension

Registered by Guillaume Mazoyer

To make the split (and maybe the merge) of the file user-friendly, a Nautilus extension would be awesome. It should be displayed only if the user select one file. Of course, the extension should not be a part of the GNOME Split package. It should be provided by another package "gnome-split-nautilus" or something like that.

Sprints

Whiteboard

Use libnautilus if we use C, well I decided to use C.
Enhance GNOME Split command line interpretation.

What does the extension will really do?

  * Just start GNOME Split with a specific command in the CLI? That's what it does for now.
  * Show a window to configure the split or the merge and then start GNOME Split by passing values in the CLI?
