Add a Panel Item to the Sessions Startup Programms

I often open the properties of a Panel Item (Launcher) and copy "by hand" the title and command-line to a Start-Up Item in the Sessions "Startup Programs" list.

I see two ways to improve this step.

- An entry more like "Add this launcher to Sessions Start-Up List" (probably it would be wise to entry a sub-menu at this point: "Add this launcher to:" and as subpoints the three choices.. (to panel, to desktop and new to start-up list)

- Or second way to solve this: In the Launcher Properties a new Button (add this Launcher to Sessions Start-Up List)

I personally would prefer the first method, not at least because its expandable with other function in the future and its a bit hidden from the broad public.
