Recently created files in recently used files list

I don't know if this is the correct place to post this, but I would like to have the list of recently created files in the file chooser dialog, just as the recently used files are.
I miss this feature a lot when I'm sending e-mails and I want to attach a file I have just created or converted to PDF.
