Improve the Shimmer for gmusicbrowser layout

Things to rethink/rework include:
* Enable easier (re)shuffle, maybe a single button (right-clicking is playmode button is OK, but not intuitive)
* Rethink the filters menu (delete some default items?)
* Enable "playlist-mode" (search is filter)
* Add "create filter from search"

Refresh the landing view for Songtree
* Make the text more user-friendly (say hello, tell the user they can d'n'd files...)
* Add a link/button to open the settings dialog
* Make sure the Songtree view is updated when new music is added to library (especially in the first time)
