Multiple accounts per volume for Gluster for Swift

The GlusterFS backed for Swift maps Swift accounts directly to Gluster volumes. The two concepts should be separated so that it can be chosen for a given Swift account on which Gluster volume to be hosted, and that a Gluster volume can host a (theoretically) unlimited number of Swift accounts.
