Design mechanism for setting a window's colour, z, and stencil depths, etc.

Should really allow configuration off the opengl context to some extent. Should also do intelligent default selection. Eg find closest match to 32-bit colour, 24-bit depth, 8-bit stencil.

GlConfig object can be passed into GlWindow constructor to request a particular configuration, and a GlConfig object representing what was actually set can be accessed with WindowBase::GetGlConfig().
